In this episode we are introduced to Jane and hear briefly about the work that she does.

We then go on to learn about how trauma affects our bodies and minds and discuss some simple and practical tools to help support us with trauma.

Many, if not all of us have experienced trauma in some shape or form. Whether we know it or not, trauma can be stored in our bodies and affect the way we live. It is incredibly empowering to understand that whatever trauma we have experienced, it is possible to heal. I hope you enjoy this Podcast and maybe have a go with some of the tools we mention.
