I am experienced in working with clients who are living through any of the following: depressionanxiety and worry, stresslow self-esteem, weight management issues, life transitions including menopauserelationship difficultiesjob difficultiesanger problems and sleep problems. I work using a range of therapeutic treatment approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), EMDR and Internal Family Systems. When we meet we will discuss which treatment approach works best for you. I am passionate about supporting the uniqueness of each client. My therapeutic approach is solution-focused and goal-oriented.
