In this episode we talk about some of the most common negative thoughts and we give some examples of what they are and how they can negatively impact our lives. We then give you the strategies of how to deal with these thoughts. Whether that is just noticing them and knowing that you don’t have to believe them or taking different actions to help you to feel good! We also talk about how important this process is, it the beginning, and also the whole essence of changing your mind and your life. As you start to notice these thoughts and patterns and begin to change them, you are literally changing your mind and body, rewiring your brain and creating new connections. This is the beginning of creating new positive ways of living and moving through life – to support you to live a happy and healthy life!
