In this episode we talk about The Wise Mind. This is a concept from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) – it can be likened to our intuition. We talk about the science of the gut being the ‘second brain’ as it has hundreds of millions of neurons and how we can start to listen to our ‘gut feelings’. Many of us may have heard about ‘listening to your guy’ or ‘intuition’ without really understanding what that means, at the end of this episode Jane shares a really nice guided meditation to connect with your wise mind or intuition and get some clarity and understanding on what is going on in your life right now!
